"It is safe to say exercise is my sanctuary.

Although for years I had practiced therapy, as I learned more and more about the human body, how we operate and how our minds function it became more apparent that the perfect combination of our overall health and wellbeing was a combination.

Exercise and therapy support one another and should be approached in a joined, hand in hand way. I see clients for fitness and exercise reasons and see how therapy will hugely support their journey and recovery from their training. On the other hand I treat clients in therapy and see imbalances in their body that strength training would be hugely beneficial in aiding. 

Back pain, knee pain, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, digestive problems, stress, are all common ailments and concerns that people approach me with. The perfect combination of prescriptive fitness and therapy can promote better posture, muscular balance, strength and relief, improved joint mobility not to mention a healthier state of mind, more self esteem, better confidence and a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
